Privacy
What this site collects, why it needs it, and how to get rid of it. It is short because the site collects little.
What is collected
When you book a call, ask for a plan, pay, or write through the contact form, the site keeps what you typed: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, first language, what you want to work on, and the time you chose. Payments also record the amount, the date and a reference. The site stores the network address the booking came from, only to stop automated abuse of the payment form.
Why
To arrange and deliver your coaching, to send your confirmation and receipt, and to reply to you. That is all. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.
Who else handles it
Three companies act for Speech Athletes: the payment processor, which receives your card details directly and confirms the payment (card numbers never reach this site); the email provider that delivers your confirmation and receipt; and Cloudflare, which hosts the site and stores bookings. Each is bound to use the data only to provide that service.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Videos are YouTube's and load only when you press play, in its privacy-enhanced mode, so nothing is requested from YouTube until you ask for it.
How long it is kept
Booking and payment records are kept while you are a client and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Contact messages are kept until they are dealt with and then cleared out.
Your say
Write to [email protected] to see what is held about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Deleting a booking record does not undo a payment that has already been made, which the payment processor must keep for its own legal reasons.
Children
Coaching is sold to adults. If a student is under 18, a parent or guardian books and pays.
