Booking and payment
Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown when you pay. Payment is taken securely on this site; card details are encrypted in transit and never stored here. You receive a booking reference and a confirmation email that serves as your receipt. A one-on-one plan or a boot camp is priced for you in writing first, and paid afterwards.
Lessons
Lessons run online in Susanne's meeting room, or in person on Long Island by arrangement, Sunday to Friday by appointment. Times are agreed with you and confirmed by email. Moving and cancelling are covered by the refunds and cancellations page.
What coaching can and cannot promise
Coaching changes how clearly you are understood, and how much of that change happens depends on where you start and how much you practise. No specific accent, score, job or result is promised, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.
Materials
Recordings, exercises and written materials from your lessons are for your own study. Please do not republish or resell them.
If something goes wrong
Write to Susanne first, with your booking reference. Almost everything is settled that way. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
