Refunds and cancellations
If something is not right, write to Susanne. The short version: the free call costs nothing to move, lessons can be moved with a day's notice, and a course seat is refunded in full before the course starts.
The discovery call
Free. Move it or cancel it at any time, for any reason. Reply to your confirmation email or write to [email protected].
One-on-one lessons
Lessons can be moved or cancelled up to 24 hours before the agreed time at no cost, and the lesson stays in your balance. Inside 24 hours, or if nobody arrives, the lesson counts as taught. Unused lessons that were paid for in advance are refunded at the price paid.
The small-group course
Your seat is refunded in full if you cancel before the course starts. Once it has begun, the sessions you have not attended are refunded, and the ones you have attended are not. If Susanne cancels or cannot run a session, it is rescheduled or refunded, your choice.
The executive boot camp
The week is planned and priced for you, so its terms are written into the plan Susanne sends before you pay. Nothing is charged before you agree to them.
How a refund reaches you
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. They usually appear within five to ten business days, depending on your bank. You never need to send bank details to receive one.
